Shiptech has produced numerous Patrol Vessel designs for construction in both steel and aluminium. The following are some of the designs produced to date.

BINTANG UTAMA is a 25m fast patrol boat built in aluminium to DNV Classification. The vessel has accommodation for 12 crew and a maximum speed of 35 knots.

The SEA EAGLE MK.II is a 38m fast patrol boat by Suncraft International built to LR Classification. The vessel can accommodate a total of 20 crew. Maximum speed is 30 knots. Enhanced version with stern ramp and fast surveillance boat or RHIB. Shiptech provided structural design and documentation for this design together with other relevant naval architectural services.

This design is being developed for patrol, escort, border protection and search and rescue operation. Capable of embarking a light helicopter (approx. 3 tonnes) and accommodating a crew of up to 30, this steel patrol vessel will have a loaded sprint speed of 22 knots.

Another patrol vessel design currently under development is this offshore patrol vessel designed for long range operations over territorial waters, undertaking maritime patrol, surveillance and search and rescue operations. Of steel construction to “commercial standards”, it has a crew of up to 55 and a maximum speed of 21 knots. Capable of helicopter operations with aircraft such as Sikorsky S76.
